Specializing in Architecture and exclusive Interior Design services, we have successfully transformed over 2,000 spaces across India. Our firm was established by Ar. Gunjan Ravindra Yadav and ER. Vikas Krishna Kolhe with a vision to provide clients with transparent, affordable, and high-quality design services, focusing exclusively on design expertise and project execution support.

Once the design is complete, you receive direct quotations from multiple trusted vendors, allowing you to compare and select the most cost-effective option. You can also choose vendors you’re familiar with, and we will manage the execution of the project with the vendor of your choice.

Er. Vikas Krishna Kolhe
Founder & Civil Engineer, SAIARCHIVIL
With a strong engineering foundation from College of Engineering, Kopargaon, Er. Vikas K. Kolhe brings over 22 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure development. His deep industry knowledge and leadership have shaped SAIARCHIVIL into a reliable name in modern civil construction.
From foundation to finish, he ensures every project is executed with quality, transparency, and efficiency. Under his leadership, the team has grown into a workforce of over 50 skilled professionals, specializing in construction, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Ar. Gunjan Ravindra Yadav
Founder & Principal Architect, SAIARCHIVIL
Ar. Gunjan R. Yadav is the creative force behind SAIARCHIVIL’s architectural vision. A graduate in Architecture from Lucknow’s Uttar Pradesh University (2013), she began her independent practice in 2019 after gaining valuable experience with firms like Muralage Architects and Spatium Architects.
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project execution, she has successfully led projects across Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare, Hospitality, and IT sectors—spanning up to 5 lakh sq.ft. Her leadership ensures not just architectural excellence but also client-centric service and delivery.
